학교 텃밭정원 모델 및 운영 매뉴얼 개발을 목적으로 학교텃밭 조성·운영관리 실태파악 및 특성화 텃밭 조성방법 개발, 특성화된 학교텃밭 조성 및 효과 분석, 맞춤형 초등학교 텃밭정원 조성 관리지침을 개발하였으며 학교텃밭 발전방안과 관련 산업의 파급효과 분석, 학교텃밭 실태와 프로그램별 효과분석, 학교텃밭 관련 산업 시장분석, 학교텃밭 활성화와 발전방안을 제시하였다.
