Mechanism life for expressing therapeutic effects of plant cultivation experience


식물재배경험은 식물-환경, 농작업, 인적상호작용으로 구분할 수 있고, 식물재배경험에 따른 인간 건강영역에 대한 효과를 구명하기 위해 이 과제는 수행되었다. 식물재배활동의 파종, 이식, 삽목의 동작체험에 따른 뇌활성, 근활성도에 미치는 효과 구명하였고, 부모-자녀 의사소통, 부모의 회복탄력성 증가, 우울 감소로 관계회복의 효과를 검증, 식물-환경 조성 그린오피스 적용으로 직무스트레스 및 우울감 감소, 정서적·안녕감 향상, 회복탄력성 증진 효과 검증하였다. 치유농업활동의 프로그램 만족도, 농장서비스 만족도, 식물재배경험수준은 참여자들의 상호작용에 영향을 주었고, 참여자들의 주의회복력과 긍정적 정서를 높이고, 스트레스를 낮춤으로 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 식물재배경험의 효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 자기결정이론, 자기효능감, Empowerment, 인간중심치유, 사회적지지, 스트레스 회복이론, 주의회복이론, 회복모델 8가지 이론에 대한 식물재배경험의 치유효과 경로를 도식화하였다.
